Air traffic control audio captures a pilot asking about the police activity near his plane, with a controller responding, “It looks like someone stole a tug.” Authorities said 26-year-old Jay Barr crashed the vehicle before attempting to steal a lavatory service truck. He was arrested on charges including vehicle theft, trespassing and vandalism.
